Designed For Maximum Preservation
The neighborhood was designed with a maximum preservation of trees and devotion to environmental sensitivity and stewardship. The large trees, both deciduous and evergreen, have been preserved as site amenities, as well as a large natural common area for neighborhood interaction. Planning also included advanced floodwater design utilizing pervious concrete paving. The project has been nominated for the Lower Café Fear Stewardship Development Program.
